Why pets need more than a regular moving truck

Moving a pet is nothing like moving furniture or office boxes. Most standard moving vehicles don’t have proper temperature control or the fittings to keep an animal secure, and that can leave pets stressed and exhausted.

Our aim is simple: keep stress and tiredness as low as possible. We do that by getting pets used to their crate beforehand, handling them gently, controlling the temperature and making sure they stay hydrated.

How we move your pet

Within Gurgaon. We move pets around the city, including Golf Course Road, Cyber City, Sohna Road and the DLF Phases, in air-conditioned, well-ventilated vehicles. Our staff stays with your pet throughout.

Between cities. For Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata, we use temperature-controlled vans. Depending on how urgent the move is and what’s best for your pet, we may combine air freight with temperature-controlled road transport.

Door to door. We pick your pet up from your old home and bring them to your new one, and we handle the logistics in between.

Care that fits your pet

Senior pets and pets with medical needs. They travel on padded bedding to protect stiff joints and avoid exhaustion. We also schedule movement breaks and keep the environment controlled.

Large dogs. Labradors, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Golden Retrievers and other big breeds travel in large, custom-made, heavy-duty crates with enough room to turn around and lie down comfortably.

Cats and sensitive pets. Cats and anxious animals travel in dark, quiet crates designed to cut down on what they can see and hear.

What happens, step by step

  1. Documentation. We help you get the rabies certificate, core vaccination records and a vet fitness letter.

  2. Crate setup. We customise a crate or use an IATA-approved one, with padding and a few familiar items inside.

  3. Safe transit. The journey is monitored and climate controlled, with scheduled water and exercise breaks.

  4. Home delivery. We hand your pet over at your new address and help them settle in after the trip.

What affects the cost

We believe in clear quotes, so you can plan your budget with no surprises. Pricing mainly depends on:

  • Distance: a local move or an interstate one.

  • Your pet’s size and crate dimensions: bigger crates take up more space in vehicles or air cargo.

  • How they travel: by road or by air cargo.

  • Extra help: custom crates, vet checks or temporary boarding.

How far ahead should I book?
 About 5 to 7 days for local moves and 10 to 15 days for interstate moves. That gives us time for vet clearances and for your pet to get used to the crate.

What documents do I need?
 An up-to-date rabies certificate, core vaccination records and a fitness-to-travel certificate signed by a vet.

Can I put something from home in the crate?
 Yes. A favourite blanket, a toy or a worn piece of your clothing can help your pet feel safe.
