Furniture Shifting Services in Gurgaon

Moving house is a headache. Moving just the furniture is a smaller one, but it still catches people off guard. A wardrobe won’t fit through the door. The sofa corner gets scraped on the stairs. If that sounds familiar, our furniture shifting services in Gurgaon are meant for you. We’ve been doing relocations for 25+ years, 850+ moves so far, and we only take what you need moved: a bed, a sofa, a dining set, or office desks. Nothing extra, and no full-house package you didn’t ask for.

Who usually calls us

Mostly people who are moving a few big things, not the whole home. Someone shifting into a rented flat who wants to take the bed and wardrobe. A family sending an old teak almirah to a relative in Jaipur. An office moving desks and chairs on a different day from the computers.

How we handle the awkward stuff

Beds and big wardrobes are the usual trouble, because they rarely go through a narrow door in one piece. So our crew takes them apart, puts the screws and fittings in a bag, and wraps each panel on its own. One small tip from us: tape that bag to the furniture itself, so it doesn’t get lost on the way.

Sofas get wrapped in film with padding at the corners, since fabric tears and frames take strain. Wooden and antique pieces get thicker cushioning. Glass tops, mirrors and marble need the most patience, and they go in bubble wrap, or a crate if it’s needed. For office furniture, we label every part as it comes apart so it goes back together without guesswork.

What happens on the day

You tell us what’s moving, where it’s going and what the access is like, such as the floor and whether there’s a lift. We send a quote before anything is confirmed. Then the crew comes, dismantles, packs and loads. When we reach the new place, we unload and reassemble if that was part of the deal, then put each piece in the room you want.

Furniture shifting services in Gurgaon price

I wish there were one number, but there isn’t. One sofa and a six-room set are very different jobs. Roughly speaking, a small move with a few pieces can start from around ₹5,000, and a large long-distance move, say a full set of office furniture, can reach about ₹40,000.

What pushes the price up or down is pretty ordinary: how many pieces, how far, how much packing, whether dismantling is needed, and how hard the access is. Narrow lanes, stairs and no lift all mean more time and more hands. One more thing. If the furniture we find on the day is quite different from your list, the quote can change. So a rough list is fine, but an honest one is better.

Local tempo or a proper moving company?

Plenty of local tempo guys do good work, and I won’t pretend otherwise. The risk is in the details. Estimates tend to be verbal, packing is sometimes old blankets, and extra charges appear on the day. With us you get a written quote and a person you can phone. We’re GST registered too, GSTIN 07ABFCA1096F1ZT, so your billing is clear.

A bit of prep helps

Make a list of what’s going, and mark the pieces that need to be taken apart. Tell us early about glass and marble. Measure the lift and the doorways at both ends, because this is where most surprises happen. Empty the drawers. And take a few photos of anything valuable before it’s loaded.

Questions we get a lot

Can I book just one or two items? Yes, even a single sofa.

Do you pack and load as well? Yes. Dismantling and reassembly can be included, just confirm it when you book.

Can the furniture go to another city? It can, through our pan-India network. The price depends on what’s going and how far.

How do I get a proper quote? Send the pickup and drop locations, what furniture you have, the floor and access details, and say whether you want dismantling and packing.

Want a quote?

Send us your furniture details, pickup point and destination. We’ll get back with a price based on your actual move.
